A Parable
Since April, a few times a week in the Tri-Cities a small team of local leaders walk a designated citizen to the center of our scenic Cable Bridge over the Mighty Columbia. They help that person over the rail using a little set of stairs built for the purpose. A town representative confirms that the person in their care has his or her feet firmly on the outer ledge and both hands on the rail.
